You have 15 calendar days from the date you received the puppy to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your puppy must have a health issue confirmed by your veterinarian and be in the same condition as when you received it.

The puppy must be returned in its original crate.

Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase issued by us.

Once we receive the puppy, we will conduct an inspection and confirm its condition based on your statements. We will promptly update you on the status of your refund or puppy exchange following our assessment.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method or arrange for a replacement puppy.

You can expect to receive the funds instantly or the new puppy within a few hours, depending on your location and the flight arrangements.

 

We will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for the return of your puppy.
